Ball screw brackets are supporting components that connect the linear guide rail and mechanical transmission parts, carriages are generally divided into: fixed type (with F suffix such as FCB15) and floating type (with L suffix such as LCB15), both equipped with JIS4 level precision angular contact ball bearings for preload adjustment. Linear guideway carriages, incorporating miniature angular contact ball bearings with 45° contact angle developed for mini linear guides, can achieve high rigidity and high-precision smooth sliding performance. The side support structure of the carriage adopts deep groove ball bearings. Support carriages such as FCB, LCB types are pre-filled with an appropriate amount of lithium soap grease in the internal bearings, sealed with special rubber gaskets, which can be directly installed and used for a long time.
